CORE WORKOUTS

Try out my core workout that cinches your waist in tight. This workout can be done with NO equipment. Repeat each circuit according to your level. 


  • Beginner: x4
  • Intermediate: x5
  • Advanced: x6
  • Warm Up:

  • 30 Mountain Climbers

  • 30 Model abs

  • 10 Hop Taps (plank jack, tap opposite hand to foot on each side = 1 rep)

CIRCUIT #1:

  • 10 Windshields

  • 20 Combo Jacks  (plank jack, bring knee to elbow on each side = 1 rep)

 

CIRCUIT #2:

  • 20 Monkey Bar Hooks

  • 10 Lying leg lifts


Try out this AMRAP style workout. AMRAP stands for as many rounds as possible. Set your timer for each AMRAP according to your level. 


  • Beginner: 7 Min AMRAP
  • Interm: 9 Min AMRAP
  • Advanced: 10 Min AMRAP

Warm Up:

  • 10 Jumping Jacks

  • 10 High Knees

  • 30 Fire Hydrants (alternating each motion is one rep)

AMRAP #1

  • 30 Model Abs

  • 30 Swivel Abs

  • 10 Diver Abs

AMRAP #2

  • 30 Hip Dips

  • 10 Bird Dogs Each Side

  • 20 Sumo Side Bends

AMRAP #3

  • 10  Plank Jacks

  • 10 Side Plank with Arm Raises
