I am Kat and I lost 65lbs from home. There was no "magic" wrap, shake or pill.
I know we have never formally met but if you are anything like me I used to think I have "no time" to workout. I would spin my wheels at the gym, taking expensive classes and hired trainers but never seemed to see any progress.
I am here to tell you, there is no quick fix. Only hard work can get you to where you want to be. But with that being said, why make it harder WASTING your time do inefficient workouts that won't provide you with the results you want?
Now I am going to assume:
You've tried a bunch of workouts and while some may have shown you some progress it wasn't something you maintained or you stalled and hit a plateau.
You want to lose fat and increase muscle tone but you aren't exactly sure what workouts you should follow or what diet will get you the best results.
You are tired of wasting money on programs and products that don't work. and you are tire of losing and gaining the same 5-10lbs.
You do not have to be crazy restrictive to achieve major progress.
You do not have to workout for hours on end to see progress.
You do not have to spend a ton of money on a program to get amazing results.
