SHOES:

This shoe is perfect for home workouts and cross training. They are lightweight, super comfortable.  In addition to being a great workout shoe, the Nike Thea is cute for casual wear.

 

SPORTS BRA:

Disclaimer, I am the captain of the small boob crew. With that being said I love this sports bra. It is available from XS-XL.

DIY HOME GYM 

BOOTY BANDS:

I have tried numerous brands of bands and these stand the test of time. These heavy bands will last and won't stretch out. The two band set is perfect for a beginner. 

 

For a beginner I recommend starting with 5-8lbs for upper body 10-15lbs for lower body. Choose a weight that feels heavy but you can still complete your reps. 

WORKOUT SURFACE:

Pilates mats are great for hard workout surfaces. Foam tiles are another get option in you want to leave your workout area set up.
