How many workouts should I do per week?
Shoot for five workouts per week. Two HIIT workouts, Upper body/Abs, Leg workout, and a Bootcamp style workout

Yes or no? Any and all activity is awesome! However these workouts may be challenging.
I can't do push-ups! What should I do?
Start with modified push-ups and work on your strength. You can even start with wall push-ups or against the edge of the couch. We all started as beginners
I don't have weights. What can I use?
Empty milk or water jugs are great! fill with water or sand and hold during squats.
What size weight should I get?
Pick a weight that feels heavy and really burns for the last 2-3 reps.
I can't finish a full three rounds of the workout! What should I do?
Start by doing what you can! Make it a goal to one round in the morning and one round in the evening,
What should I use to track my food intake?
Myfitnesspal is a great free app that you can log your meals in to.
How many meals should I eat per day?
5-6 small meals per day including snacks
How much water should I drink per day?
1/2 your weight in ounces of water per day (200lbs= 100 ounces)
I am a vegetarian, how do I get more protein?
Stock up on lean proteins like edamame, tofu, quinoa, and beans.
