I get questions often about Fit Tea and detox drinks. You probably have seen tons of fitness models and celebrities like Kim Kardashian repping different brands. These teas act as a stool softener. Most are not FDA approved and will not help you achieve any of the results they claim to.

They won't create any long term significant change. They range upwards of $50 per month supply. The same thing can be found for a fraction of the cost at your local grocery store (no I'm not recommending you buy smooth move).

Bottom line money. Most accounts with a large following will be offered compensation for sharing these types of products with target markets. I have been offered (and turned down) thousands of dollars to promote different teas on my feed. This is an actually breakdown I was sent of the money I would receive to promote a popular fit tea brand. These brands hire established influencers to promote their products because in the end, beautiful physiques sell products. It is not because the influencer actually uses and enjoys the product.
There is no product on the market that will replace balanced nutrition and hard work. The truth is the ONLY way to get a "flat tummy" or a six pack is with consistent work.
Be a smart consumer. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
