Turkey Oat Meatloaf

Healthy food and hearty food doesn't mean cooking to separate meals. Try this delicious recipe the whole family will love. 

What you will need:

  • 1 pound of lean ground turkey
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbs Scallions,
  • 1 large Zucchini
  • 1 Medium Carrot
  • 1/2 Large White Onion
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • ¼ cup Organic Tomato Sauce
  • 3 tbs Organic No sugar added Ketchup
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

Preheat Oven to 350F.


  1. Chop Scallions
  2. Grate Zucchini and Onionon the semi fine side of your cheese grater. This will be moist reserve the liquid in the large bowl you will be using to make your meatloaf mixture.

In a large bowl combine:


  1.  ground turkey, eggs, scallion, onions, carrots, zucchini,  oatmeal, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, salt and pepper, few dashes of Worcestershire sauce (1tbs.) Mix well, with hands.
  2. Take mixture and moldinto bread pan.

In a small bowl:

  1. Brown sugar, 1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 3 tbs Organic No sugar added Ketchup. Mix well and pour over meatloaf
Bake at 350 for 90 minutes
