Roasted Cauliflower

Roasted Cauliflower


Bake time: 35-45 min 

What you will need 

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbs Irish butter

  • garlic powder

  • smoked paprika

  • sea salt

  • pepper

Pre heat oven to 375 F 


Cut up cauliflower in to one inch pieces. Spread on to a baking sheet. Toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings. Cut up butter in small pieces. Distribute over cauliflower. 

Bake for 35-45 min stirring every 10 min or so. Bake until golden.
