Cilantro Lime Mahi Mahi

What you will need: For 1 serving

4oz Mahi Mahi
2 limes
3 tbs chopped cilantro Cracked Pepper

Place Mahi Mahi in a ziploc bag, squeeze in the juice of 1 lime. Chop cilantro and add 1

tbs to the bag. Marinate for 1-2 hours.

Heatnonstickpanonmedium. Lightly

spray with coconut oil spray if your pan tends to stick. Place Mahi filet in to pan. Flip once after 3 min. Do not over cook. Squeeze additional lime in to the pan and add cilantro.

Serve with roasted asparagus and 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa and 1/4 avocado.
