Fat loss has been severely over complicated.
If your goal is to lose fat, you would be in a caloric deficit. If you goal is to muscle you need to be in a caloric surplus. Tracking macros is my recommendation for staying within the targeted caloric range.
Counting macros essentially forces you to make better decisions based off of a plan which was designed for you. If you need to limit carbs, it will make sure you do that. If you need more protein it will make sure you do that. If you need more healthy fats, it will make sure you do that.
There is no magic fat burning food, pill, tea, or shake that with change this.

ADD IN HIGH VOLUME FOODS
Eating less calories doesn’t mean you have to eat less food. Adding in low carb veggies that are high volume will help you feel full. Not to mention the added benefits of vitamins and fiber to your diet.
START WEIGHT TRAINING
While cardio workouts may burn more calories in a single session, weight training helps you burn more calories throughout the day. Add in strength training workouts to you regimen to burn more calories after you complete your workout. The more strength building workouts you do, the more lean muscle mass your body will have. The more muscle you have on your body, the higher this rate will be and the better the calorie-burning results you will obtain.
