Summer Chicken Skewers

Chicken Skewers:

  • 1lb chicken 
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1tbs chopped fresh cilantro (optional)


Marinade:

  • 2tbs soy sauce
  • 1tbs brown sugar
  • 1tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1tbs pineapple juice
  • 1tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1tsp chili garlic paste

Cube chicken, slice veggies and assemble on to Skewers. Add the marinade and add chopped fresh cilantro. Grill and serve over rice.
