Summer Chicken Skewers

Chicken Skewers:

  • 1lb chicken

  • 1/2 bell pepper

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 1 cup pineapple

  • 1tbs chopped fresh cilantro  (optional garnish)


  • 2tbs soy sauce

  • 1tbs brown sugar

  • 1tsp toasted sesame oil

  • 1tbs pineapple juice

  • 1tsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1tsp chili garlic paste

Cube chicken, slice veggies and assemble onto Skewers. Add the marinade. Allow to sit for 25-35 min. Grill, add chopped fresh cilantro, and serve over rice.
