Calling all gym girls!! Try out this glute workout if you want an awesome booty pump. I am using the Booty Bandz during my booty activation warm up to get my glutes firing prior to my compound lifts. This ensures I get the most effective workout possible. 

Booty Activation:

Repeat x3

  • 20 Lateral Steps 
  • 15 Bounce Squats 
  • 20 Lateral Steps 
  • 10 Side Leg Raises each 
  • 20 Lateral Steps- each way- bands at ankles 
  • 20 Squats with Kick Backs 
  • 10 Gate Swings

Activation II:

1x

  • 20 Feet Elevated Glute Bridges
  • 10 Dirty Dogs 
  • 10 Kick Overs 
  •  

Compound:

3x10 Sumo Squats 

3x 10 Hip Thrusters with 3 second hold/ 10 Sumo Deadlifts 

 

Burnout:

Repeat x3

  • 50 Frog Pumps
  • 10 Glute Bridges 
  • 10 High Kick Backs
