Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries

September 16, 2015

You will need:

  1. 5-6 small sweet potatoes
  2. Non Stick spray (I used Trader joes Olive Oil Spray)
  3. Salt, pepper, paprika

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 350F
  2. Scrub, peel and cut potatoes in to thin fries
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet
  4. Spray lightly with non stick spray
  5. Bake at 350F and stir every 15min
  6. Bake for about 1 hr or until to desired crispiness

For dipping sauce:

Mix 4 tbs of Greek yogurt, 2 tbs. chopped chives, 1 1/2 tsp. Crushed garlic, 1 tsp. lemon juice, salt and pepper.
