What you need:
4oz Ground Turkey (lean)
1 slice bacon
1tsp Olive Oil (for grilling burger)
1 whole wheat bun
.5 oz goat cheese
Red onion (sliced thin)
Salt & Pepper
Prepare bacon. Form turkey into a burger patty add salt and pepper. Preheat a medium size pan on medium high, add oil. Grill burger. Build and add toppings. Feel free to add mustard.
