Lemon Parsley Chicken Skewers

What you will need:

For 3-5 servings

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
  • 1 small lemon juiced
  • 3 tbs fresh parsley chopped
  • pink=ch of sea salt
  • pinch of paprika
  • Barbecue skewers- (metal are best if you are using wooden soak according to instructions on package)

In a bowl combine all ingredients but the chicken mix well. Add chicken to yogurt mixture. Cover and refrigerate-- allow to marinate for at least 2 hrs or up to over night.

Place chicken on to skewers then grill with veggies for your choice.
