DAY 2: Say THANKS!: Write someone you a thankful for a simple note or card. Snail mail, post, email, or call. Any way will do, just tell them THANK YOU for all they do.
DAY 3: Appreciate the bumps. You scars and hardships are what make you- YOU. Take today to appreciate the things the mold you.
DAY 4:Celebrate YOU! Share a quality about yourself (or a few because I am certain there are more than one)
DAY 5: Contact and old friend or a family member and say hello!
DAY 6: Random Act of Kindness. Do something today to make another persons day.
DAY 7: Pass it on! Challenge a friend or family member to the 7 day gratitude challenge.
