WORKOUT EQUIPMENT

BOOTY BANDS:

I have tried numerous brands of bands and these stand the test of time. These heavy bands will last and won't stretch out. The two band set is perfect for a beginner.

HIP CIRCLE:

Unlike regular booty bands hip circle provided little to no elasticity creating a ton of tension. Hip circles are great for building strength with hip thrusts, glute bridges and squats.

DUMBBELLS:

For a beginner I recommend starting with 5-8lbs for upper body 10-15lbs for lower body. Choose a weight that feels heavy but you can still complete your reps.

WORKOUT SURFACE:

Pilates mats are great for hard workout surfaces. Foam tiles are another get option in you want to leave your workout area set up.

SLAM BALLS:

Anger management and a workout in one? Slam balls are a great way to build core strength and add resistance to workouts.

CABLE ANKLE ATTACHMENT:

When it comes to building glutes. Cable kick backs are one of my favorite gym workouts. Most gyms do not provide ankle attachments. I keep mine in my gym bag.
