Take Kats signature workout class that works your entire body in a fast paced workout. Circuit training combined with booty bands ands mat work will provide you will an amazing workout that hits your entire body. Build your strength with upper and lower body focused strength classes. Kat will guide you though proper weight training technique in this class.

 

Personal Training Session

Monday- saturday 45 min Session
